What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
I used to be all about playing sports, especially basketball. I was the point guard, and running the game felt like my second nature—such a rush! Seriously, I thrived on being in charge and that adrenaline made me feel like a true athlete lol. These days, I don’t play much, but I recently got into jiu-jitsu, and wow, it’s like an all-or-nothing vibe! At the end of each class, I’m completely burned out, but it teaches you so much about real-life situations and how to apply your skills. I come home feeling sore and always joking about how I’m hurting, but honestly, I love every bit of it, lol!
