What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
My nightly routine involves putting my 2-month-old to bed before I settle down around 10:30-11 p.m. In the early hours, usually around 3-4 a.m., I pump before enjoying a restful sleep until about 9 a.m., when my little one wakes up. I feel incredibly fortunate to have a 2-month-old who sleeps so well!
